How Siyanda Bakgatla Built First-of-Its-Kind Docked Drone Operations at a Platinum Mine

At-scale autonomous drone programs in mining require more than a successful pilot. They depend on repeatable operations, site readiness, and a clear model for running docked drone infrastructure reliably in demanding environments. In this NestGen session, SSASS Holdings will share what it means to run Africa’s first at-scale autonomous docked drone program at a platinum mine, and what other mining teams should think through when moving from pilot activity to sustained operations.
