How Latrobe City Council Built Australia's First OEM-Agnostic Drone Command Centre

BVLOS programs rarely stay on one drone platform for long, but most command centers are built around a single OEM’s stack, making it hard to scale operations across a growing, mixed fleet. Councils and operators need infrastructure that works regardless of who makes the aircraft.
